You will already have outstanding experience managing high volume personalized email marketing campaigns. You understand how to develop drip campaigns with high conversion rates. You understand messaging, conversion and customer segmentation strategies. You understand the technical underpinnings to deliverability, reputation and open rates. You will ensure that our customers and potential customers receive the right messages at the right times across all personalized digital marketing channels including email and push notifications (in app and in browser). You must possess a unique blend of data analysis, technical comprehension and creativity to continually solve problems and deliver information in a clear, concise and compelling manner. You are a forward thinking, passionate and innovative problem solver.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Own end-to-end development of enticing personalized digital marketing channels including email, browser push notifications and app push notifications for maximum customer retention and increasing customer acquisition
  • Strong ability to create and deploy effective email marketing templates with personalization for individuals who have opted in to receive marketing communications
  • Develop, QA, execute email and push campaigns working closely with design, development, inbound marketing, sales, split-testing
  • Implement and measure A/B tests and measure results by sales outcome
  • Evaluate campaign performance data, recommend and implement appropriate actions based on findings
  • Identify trends and patterns within data sets, verify data for accuracy, use qualitative skills to make sound decisions
  • Manage inboxes, unscribers, bounces and conversion metrics
  • Manage effective creative messaging, offer and execution
  • Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including revenue, CTR, incremental revenue lift, engagement, retention and lifetime value
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years directly related email marketing experience
  • Strong experience using email marketing software/tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate complex information clearly and quickly
  • Able to quickly and accurately analyze large volumes of data 
  • Advanced skills in Excel and ideally SQL; Basic HTML/CSS skills; Experience using Google Analytics
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships across internal and external teams
  • Exceptional work ethic, high sense of urgency, driven, self-motivated, highly accountable with strong initiative and passion
  • Able to work with teams as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • Excited to learn new things and share knowledge and best practices with others
